Grounded from hot tamales

Isn't it towards the end of February that people blow their new years resolutions? I have been grounded from hot tamales till I get my butt in gear and make this blog more interesting...(thank you jenny :) ) It is partially due to our crappy internet service provided by verizon I seriously have to restart the computer 10x to get it to work. I think our computer adds to the slow factor of getting things uploaded. We are debating on what kind of laptop to get...cost wise I am leaning towards a dell with all the features I need and Will wants to convert to a Mac. I like macs but not the price. It is hard for me to pay double! I've only used macs a few times for internet usage and only used photoshop for an advertising class a few years ago so I really don't know my way around a mac. with the pc I have only heard negatives about vista, no positives. So really I don't know which one to go with? what do you think?

Between babysitting families and teaching my "beauty decorum" class we have managed to fit a few things in:

Will had a birthday and is now...29, we ate at PF Changs with the family then had cake and ice cream at our house.

Jax is picking up on some more dance moves he gets down! We were watching America's best Dance Crew one night and he was getting into it.

A few weekends ago I went to Portland shopping for the weekend with some friends...it was almost too much fun! :) Kjaersten had a birthday and her thoughtful husband sent us all away for the weekend.

On Valentines Will and I went to a yummy local restaurant, Casa Mia for lunch and went to a movie, New in Town. The day before he had roses delivered and the day of, Tiffany's arrived! I mentioned a few days before I was going to treat myself to a necklace. So he decided to order for me and even though I appreciate his efforts...he ordered the wrong one. When I do get the right one I will post a picture.

Will's Brothers family is in town for the week and tonight all three grandkids shared a bath in grandmas new tub. We are excited to spend the week with them!

We just got a new computer too- and I haven't had any problem with Windows Vista. Apparently they had problems in the beginning, but it's been awhile- and they must've worked out the kinks because I have really enjoyed it. Good luck in your decision-making- i LOVE buying new electronics, Best Buy is my candy store!

Ha ha- not one of the kids is looking in this picture. At least nobody (meaning Daphne) got dunked during the bath, so it was a success.

Beauty decorum? What's that? I hope Will had a good birthday. He's an old man!

Looks like it's been fun at your house. That cake was cute. I'm also curious about what your beauty decorum class is.

Hello guys, we found your blog on Ritchie & Lindsay's hope you don't mind! I (Heather) have Vista on my laptop and I love it, I really don't understand what everyone is complaining about. So did you hear of our recent discovery of how small the world is? Did Kevin Gurney tell you that we hung out in the same crowd in our Freshman year at Ricks? When we came in contact again on Facebook and I saw where he lived, I asked if he knew you guys, and surprisingly enough he did! crazy stuff!

WIlls birthday cake looked delicious! And we (Sadie and I) love the video of Jax dancing. Sadie loves watching it and says "gen!" for again afterwards! We are excited to see your cute faces soon!
