Santa Baby - Jax was too scared to sit with santa by himself.

We tired to take a family pic in front of our tree, something was wrong with the camera and I had two cranky boys.




Jax LOVED being at the fire station...he couldn't get enough. "What's thaaa...what's theeeese....ohhhhhh....ohhhh.....theeese....theeese.....want that!" When I told that when he got big like uncle nick he could drive a fire truck he said, "woooo" it was super cute! (Jax and Nick share their birthday)



Christmas morning, they both had x-mas hair and the christmas morning haze :)



Jax liked me to take him for rides on this little quad, then he would want to ride on all the others. I think he's gonna love the dirt and be a dirt bike kid






He was reading so serious...I came back to find a mess, but he kept flipping through the books like he was trying to find something.


THE CRUISE

Sorry there isn't a recording and I am kinda glad there isn't. I think I would die if I really heard what I sounded like, I was so embarrassed, it was awful! But I think if another crowd is as drunk as ours was, I would do it again, it made it not so bad, except for my friends who had to cringe through it :) Thanks you guys for not making fun of me :)

I think I am all caught up with pictures, so hopefully in 2009 I will be a lot better at this. Its a new year, that means a new start.

blogging resolution

Yeah, sorry I am really lame at this blogging thing, I sincerely apologize for those of you that check in on us and all you have gotten to see for the last 5 months is the front of our house :)
Needless to say, a lot has passed on our house since that post and funny enough, I have written a couple of post since then but have waited to post them with pictures...i forgot about the posts, haha. Tonight I actually have time to sit down and not have anything specific I need to accomplish before I go to bed so i thought I would work on my new years resolution about keeping our blog updated to keep the ones we care about informed on what we are up here in Washington.

I'll give you the brief 411 on our lives since October :)
- I am 25...yay I guess. - We had the an awesome halloween weekend with my brother, sister in law and their little girl, we still smile about the time we spent with them, while they were here, Jaxon learn how to say "YOSHI!" (which he now thinks is his auntie mel's name :) ) - we had a yummy thanksgiving with Wills family, We babysat 3 different families from November to just before christmas, one family and including Jax we took care of six kids...we thought is was fun and think our goal of 5 will work out just fine...we'll see ;) - I've been pretty successful with selling Pampered Chef - We spent a long and wonderful Christmas in sunny southern california:
- we spent christmas at home in palos verdes, then went to the river to do some dirtbike riding.
My brother Brady took his wife, Will and I on a night ride to some mines out in th middle of nowhere...IT WAS AWESOME!!! Kinda scary, but awesome. On the way back we took a different route and had to do some serious offroading to get back. We had to go through some mud pits and got plastered....IT WAS AWESOME, haha. I wish I had pictures. I think it was the best ride I have ever been on to date, thanks Brady! We were back in PV for new years and then Will and I went on a cruise to Ensenada, Mexico with our friends Stacey and Melissa and their friends Jodi and Megan (as well as their spouses) IT WAS TOO MUCH FUN! It is a definite must do with friends! I was on a game show, the girls and I got funky with it like our Retrix days...we were the MARRIED GIRLS. :) I sang karaoke for the first time in my life, it made me sweat! The girls and I attempted to do piece of me, by Britney...yeah we sucked! Then Will signed the pair of us up for kid rock and Sheryl Crow, "picture"...I was awful :) Thank you friends for such an unforgettable well needed fun weekend!! && double thank yous to my wonderful mom and sister for taking such good care of Jax, he loves and misses them so much! After the cruise Will had to get back to work and I stayed till Saturday to play and hangout. Jax had so much fun playing with his cousin Gavin, they are going to be a naughty pair! Gavin tried to get Jax to make a break outside with him, cute, but naughty :) Gavin was so sweet to Jax and said that "Jaxon can't leave Grammies house!" Friday the day before our flight home, we convinced my brother Nick to watch Jax and my nephew "little Z" while the girls went to Bride Wars...definite chick flick, it was super funny! Then that night everyone came over for games and dinner. I made my mom a game for christmas that we had fun playing; I customized the game PIT and turned it into FACER. my six sibling and I were each a suit of cards and my mom (grammie) and dad (dude) were the bear and bull. Jax and I had a good flight home, I had about 3 hours of sleep and jax was up both flights...i was exhausted. But luckily I have such a sweet boy and we had our own bench on both flights. Jax stood up on the seats the whole time, waved at people and shared his trucks with fellow passengers. He was so cute doing a little bend over crouch to look out the window, "ooooo...whats that....ooooo...chhhhhh....woooow." (I hope that made sense.) Now that we are back I have started teaching and after school class again. Currently I am teaching a babysitting and beauty course, then in a couple of months I will be doing a dance class again. Today I hosted a baby shower for my friend Leslie, she is having a little girl. It was my first time as a hostess, I thought it went well, I had fun :) during preparation this morning the power kept going out, that was so frustrating, my hair looked like shlaw but everything else was ready :) Hopefully I can get pictures from a guest to post....honestly I am going to try super hard to be good at this. :) I think I have covered everything :) If not I'll post about it later.
